Uzbek Chuchvara

Yields: 4 dumplings

Roll out dough thin and cut into small squares.

Mix minced meat, onions, salt, and pepper.

Place meat in the center of the dough squares and fold into small dumplings.

Boil the dumplings in salted water for 10 minutes.

Serve in broth or with sour cream.
