Uzbek Lagman

Fry diced meat in oil until browned.

Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers, sauté for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and spices, cook until soft.

04.

Boil noodles separately and add to meat mixture.

05.

Serve with fresh herbs and a light broth.
