Uzbek Manti

Mix meat, onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut into squares.

Place meat mixture in the center of each square and fold into dumplings.

Steam manti for 40-45 minutes.

Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
