Kazan Kabob

Heat oil in a kazan (or deep pan) and fry lamb until browned.

Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until soft.

03.

Add cubed potatoes and fry until golden.

04.

Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.

05.

Cook on low heat until the meat and potatoes are tender.
